OUR POLE CLASSES
We offer a range of pole dancing classes in London to suit all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting or aiming to refine your skills, there’s a class for you. Our classes are designed to cater to every step of your pole dancing journey.
BEGINNER CLASSES
No prior experience or fitness level is required. We’ll guide you through basic grip techniques and fundamental moves to start building your strength and confidence. You’ll soon be climbing, spinning, and moving around the pole with ease, all while working on a static pole.
Intermediate Classes
In these classes, we’ll build upon the basics you’ve mastered. You’ll learn more grips, moves, and climbing techniques. By now, you’ll start feeling stronger and more confident, so get ready to explore trickier moves and spins, including your first inversions.
Advanced Classes
As an advanced student, you’ll be spending more time upside down, perfecting longer and more intricate combinations. With the strength and technique you’ve developed, the focus shifts to mastering more challenging tricks and sequences.
Pole Flow
This choreography-based class focuses on the art of dance, musicality, and movement in classic pole dance. Suitable for all levels, it’s a chance to connect with the dance aspect of pole. A minimum of 3 beginner pole classes is recommended before joining.
Spin Pole
Love the sensation of spinning? Our Spin Pole class focuses on low-flow combos that give you that smooth, floating feeling. Ideal for those at beginner level 2 and above.
Stretch & Mobility
Our Stretch & Mobility classes are designed to improve your flexibility, focusing on key areas like back, shoulders, and legs. On Wednesdays, we focus on splits, and on Sundays, we concentrate on shoulder and back stretches. This is an active stretching class, open to all levels—no prior experience needed!

Do I need any prior experience to join a class?
No prior experience is required to join our classes. We welcome beginners and provide all the necessary instruction and support to help you get started. Our classes are designed to cater to all skill levels, from absolute beginners to advanced practitioners.
What should I wear to class?
For pole fitness classes, we recommend wearing gym shorts and a sports top. This allows for better grip on the pole. Please avoid using moisturiser or oils on your skin before class, as this can affect your grip and safety.
How many people are in each class?
We maintain a friendly and supportive environment by keeping our class sizes small. This allows our instructors to provide individual attention and ensure a safe and effective learning experience for everyone.
What if I have no upper body strength?
That’s perfectly okay! Our classes are designed to build strength gradually. We start with fundamental exercises and techniques that help develop your upper body strength over time. With consistent practice, you’ll notice significant improvements.
Are there any age or size restrictions for joining classes?
Absolutely not! Our classes are open to women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. We believe that pole fitness is for everyone and is a great way to achieve personal fitness goals regardless of your starting point.
