Our cancellation and refund policies ensure fairness and flexibility for all bookings. Please review our guidelines to understand the terms for cancellations, refunds, and course expirations.

Cancellations Policy

At AerialActive, we have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel more than 12 hours before your scheduled class, your class credit will be returned to your account, allowing you to schedule for a future date. However, if you cancel within the 12-hour window prior to your class start time, you will lose the class credit and will not be able to reschedule.

Students who miss a class due to illness, injury, pregnancy, personal commitments, or unforeseen circumstances without providing the required 12 hours’ notice will not be entitled to class credits, transfers, or membership extensions.

Please also note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join the class, as it may be after the warm-up.

Refunds & Transfers

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are aware of your package or membership expiration date and use your sessions before this date.

In cases of serious, ongoing injury or illness, we may extend your package or membership at our discretion, provided you submit a valid doctor’s note.
