Cancellations & Refunds

POLICIES

Our cancellation and refund policies ensure fairness and flexibility for all bookings. Please review our guidelines to understand the terms for cancellations, refunds, and course expirations.

Cancellations Policy

If you cancel more than 12 hours before your scheduled class, your class credit will be returned to your account and can be used for a future booking.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will result in the loss of the class credit and cannot be rescheduled.

Missed classes due to illness, injury, pregnancy, personal commitments, or unforeseen circumstances without the required 12 hours’ notice are not eligible for credits, transfers, or extensions.

Please note that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join the class, as this may be after the warm-up and poses a safety risk.

Membership policy

Memberships are billed from the date of purchase and continue on the same date each month, with a minimum commitment of three (3) months. After this period, memberships run on a rolling monthly basis unless 14 days’ notice is provided by email.

Unused class credits expire at the end of each monthly billing period. If you are unable to use all your credits within a month, up to two (2) credits may be rolled over to the following month, provided you email us before your billing date to request this. Rolled-over credits are not retained if your membership is cancelled or frozen.

Memberships may be frozen with at least two (2) weeks’ notice, for a maximum freeze period of 14 days.

Refunds & Transfers

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are aware of the validity and expiration of your package or membership and use all sessions within that time frame.

In cases of serious or ongoing injury or illness, we may extend a package or membership at our discretion, provided a valid doctor’s note is supplied.
