Pole Dancing is another fun way for ladies to enjoy exercising! Pole dancing is a sport that combines many different forms of exercise from dance to gymnastics, acrobatics to strength training! Whatever your age, size, shape or ability – let us help you achieve your fitness goals.

We recommend gym shorts and sports tops as you will need to use your arms and legs for grip on the pole, be sure not to put on any moisturiser beforehand as this lessens your grip.
You do not need to be fit already, we will get you there, and make sure you have fun on the way! We will have you climbing, spinning, and inventing your way to a better body in no time!
You’re getting your new addiction started!
You will learn correct grip techniques and some basic moves to start building your strength and help you feel confident lifting yourself off the floor and moving around the pole.
You will work on a static pole.
You should now have an understanding of basic grips, and feel confident moving around and starting to climb the pole.
We’ll build on what you covered in beginners and add more grips, moves, climbs.
You’re starting to feel strong and confident now so be prepared to start going up side down and add some trickier moves and spins.
You’ll be upside down a lot more from here on in and with the strength and technique you’ve gained the combos will start to get longer and more involved.
Pole flow is a pole dance choreography class for all levels. During the whole class, the focus will be on the dance, musicality, choreography and the movements in classic pole dance. The exercises on the pole will be at a beginner level, as the dancing is the focus, but you must take at least 3 pole fitness classes before taking this class, so you are more comfortable with the basic exercises.
Love Spinning pole? This is the class for you! In this class we work with low flow combo on spin to get that full floating sensation. Suitable for beginners level 2 and above.
Suitable for all levels. This is an active stretch class, so be prepared to work.
Our Stretch & Mobility class will help you improve your flexibility, focusing on back, shoulder and leg stretches. On Wednesday’s class, you will be working on splits, and on Sunday, you will be focusing on shoulders and back.
No prior experience needed.
Please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to join, as it may be after the warm up. Also, please note we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.
